  • Led team of designers in execution of over 700 annual print & digital marketing initiatives, including print and digital campaigns, sub-brands, onsite signage, and educational resources for Marketing, Public Relations, and Education departments.

  • Provided mentorship and constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative team culture with a balance of creative freedom and guidance. Established onboarding processes to ensure consistent creative output and adherence to brand standards.

  • Spearheaded award-winning design, brand development, and in-house production of all signage and advertising for zoo’s new tiger exhibit, marking first time a major campaign was handled internally.

  • Maintained and optimized zoo’s website with 350,000+ monthly views using Drupal & WordPress, enhancing user experience through responsive design, improved layout, and content management. Designed/distributed weekly HTML e-newsletters & press releases to 100,000+ subscribers.

  • Served as primary staff photographer, completing 100+ photo assignments annually to capture and curate compelling visual content. Initiated and led a Volunteer Photography Committee to further enhance zoo’s visual storytelling strategy.
